Most of the properties we offer on a rent to own basis are properties we have had built so they tend to be new or nearly new. We have been building in the Maitland and Port Stephens areas for over four years and have helped many people to own their home.
As long as you and or your partner are working we may be able to help you. A lack of a huge deposit need not stop you if you qualify for one of our properties.
